Yes, T-shop delivers all over Pakistan. We deliver through our own logistics and also through our logistic partners (TCS)
Unfortunately, T-shop does not allow to open box deliveries. You can accept the package and pay the rider. If you have any problems after unwrapping the box, you can return it to T-shop(With the unwrapping video, without video we may not accept claims of damage or broken goods)
  • Orders can be cancelled before being dispatched; Last minute cancellations cannot be entertained.
  • Customer has to inform our customer services team on 03338280404 or can reach us on email: [email protected]
  • Complain can be placed regarding wrong item delivered (color/size/model).
  • Our employees will ensure your satisfaction; resolve issues as soon as possible.
  • Payment can be made via Easypaisa.
  • If any error occurs during transaction feel free to contact our customer service on [email protected] or 03338280404 available from 9am to 6pm.
Customer can place orders directly by making an account. Account making requirements are Name, Email address, phone number, and delivery address (where the order is to be delivered). Once account is made, order can be placed. Order confirmation: An email will be sent for order acknowledgement. This email will include customers name, phone number, and delivery address, time of order (date and day), time of delivery and mode of payment.
You can reach us through email: [email protected] or phone: 03338280404 to know if product is valid to be refunded or not. If product is valid to be refunded then only the procedure will begin.
Your exchange claim can only be valid if,
  1. Item is not the one ordered or is not as advertised (color, model, brand etc).
  2. Item is defective, counterfeit or damaged at the time of delivery.
Our customer service agent will inform you whether the product is valid to be returned or not. You can also ask us on 03338280404 or email us your query at [email protected]
To cancel your order please contact us on 03338280404 or email us your query at [email protected] so our customer service agent will check the status of your order and let you know  either it is applicable to be canceled or not.

Only Pakistani currency is acceptable.
It will take 3 to 4 days to deliver your order at your door step.

  3. Credit/Debit Card Payment
  4. Cash on Delivery (hand to hand)
