  • Orders can be cancelled before being dispatched; Last minute cancellations cannot be entertained.

Customer can place orders directly by making an account. Account making requirements are Name, Email address, phone number, and delivery address (where the order is to be delivered). Once account is made, order can be placed. Order confirmation: An email will be sent for order acknowledgement. This email will include customers name, phone number, and delivery address, time of order (date and day), time of delivery and mode of payment.
You can reach us through email: [email protected] or phone: 03248283298 to know if product is valid to be refunded or not. If product is valid to be refunded then only the procedure will begin.
Your exchange claim can only be valid if,
  1. Item is not the one ordered or is not as advertised (color, model, brand etc).
  2. Item is defective, counterfeit or damaged at the time of delivery.

To cancel your order please contact us on 0324-8283298 or email us your query at [email protected] so our customer service agent will check the status of your order and let you know  either it is applicable to be canceled or not.

Only Pakistani currency is acceptable.
It will take 3 to 4 days to deliver your order at your door step.
